Succulent chicken breasts stuffed with cream cheese and Omak’s home made basil pesto then wrapped in a pepper crumb. Pre-heat oven to 180°C and bake for approximately 30 mins.
Lightly season, then gently sauté with onions and your choice of herbs. Add a little cream or sour cream at the end of cooking. Serve with crusty bread. Chicken liver is also ideal for making tasty paté.
