Succulent pork belly. Slow roast in the oven or over coals.
Succulent pork loin chops. Delicious fried, baked or on the BBQ.
Succulent pork sirloins, ideal for pan or BBQ. Sear on a high heat, then turn down heat to cook through.
Whole pork sirloins. Marinate in a little oil with garlic, lemon, honey, rosemary, ground pepper and salt. Then slow roast.
Honey maple smoked rindless bacon.
