Beef marrow bones, perfect for bone broth to boost your immune system, or a delicious treat slow roasted.
Lightly season, then gently sauté with onions and your choice of herbs. Add a little cream or sour cream at the end of cooking. Serve with crusty bread. Chicken liver is also ideal for making tasty paté.
